Spa Day vouchers are valid for use for 10 months unless otherwise stated. Bookings are subject to availability and vouchers cannot be redeemed over special event dates.
Please present your voucher on arrival for your experience. Vouchers are non-refundable. If use of your voucher is inhibited by Covid please contact us and we'll make arrangements.
Utopia Spa is only available for guests over 18.

Indulge in a six hour spa day with full use of Utopia, a two course lunch or afternoon tea plus £150 to spend on your choice of treatments. Redeemable Monday - Thursday.
Indulge with a six hour spa day including our unique 55 minute Oskia treatment. Ancient scalp massage techniques, gentle manipulation of reflex points on the feet, and a soothing shoulder massage begin the treatment. This is the followed by OSKIA’s signature rejuvenating facial.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver items the next working day, with many arriving within 1–3 working days, including Saturdays. While it offers rapid, fully tracked service (often arriving in 24 hours), it is not a guaranteed next-day service. It covers 7 days a week, with Sunday deliveries in select locations.
If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
